Description

We are recruiting an enthusiastic, proactive, and hardworking Photography Department Intern/Coordinator to join our friendly and professional Communications department.
This role will include but not be limited to the following areas:

  • Archives, labels, selects and organises images on our Image Library
  • Edits the Raw content arriving from the Boats / Stopovers
  • Experience as a photographer a plus
The person will be based in Alicante and need to start before the 2nd of January 2023, and the role will run until the 2nd of July 2023.

Minimum requirements

  • Interest in photography, media or relevant field
  • Admin lover
  • Highly organized, detail oriented, and excellent communication skills
  • Good written English skills for Exhaustive Captioning & adding Keywords to files
  • Good Adobe Photoshop, Camera Raw, and/or Lightroom user skills
  • Knowledge of Brand, editorial and social content to create briefed photo selections.
  • Provide support to any other departments of The Ocean Race requested from time to time like, hospitality...
  • Comply with the values of The Ocean Race: trust, excellence & care.
  • Ideally living or able to relocate to Alicante, Spain
  • EU national or ability to acquire a necessary EU working permit in a short period.
